– The prices shown are for the daily stay for a period not exceeding 60 days. For longer stays or with a larger number of animals, please contact us.
– We only accept animals from the same owner.
– If the stay is extended, the remainder is paid by bank transfer
NOTE: Minimum stay of 5 nights, from June 15th to September 15th.
ADMISSION RULES
1 – The Elite K9 – Dog Hotel undertakes to host pets, dogs, in appropriate facilities, during the periods agreed with the owners, providing them with the proper care, namely, their care and food.
2 – Animals, whatever the species, that do not present a healthy appearance and/or that do not have their vaccination card up to date are not admitted.
Admission is carried out only and only after the primary vaccination course has been completed (at least 15 days after completion).
Any recent illness or chronic illness that the animal is carrying must be communicated obligatorily in the booking process.
In case the animal takes any oral medication, the owner must bring a prescription from the Assistant Veterinarian.
Mandatory vaccination:
2.1 Dogs – Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, Rabies and Kennel Cough, dewormed (internally and externally);
3 – The admission of animals that demonstrate excessive aggressiveness and risk to the integrity of the employees of the Elite K9 – Dog Hotel is not accepted.
4 – The admission of dogs of potentially dangerous breeds is conditioned to the presentation of all the legal documentation to which they are obliged, as well as the respective insurance.
5 – The amounts to be charged daily refer exclusively to accommodation and food.
When booking the facility, 50% of the estimated amount for the stay is always charged, which will be deducted from the final service
6 – The Elite K9 – Dog Hotel is not responsible for any illnesses or injuries that the animal suffers or will suffer during or after the period of stay.
In the event of a relevant change in the animal’s health, Elite K9 – Dog Hotel undertakes to notify the owner or his representative.
If contact is not possible and there is an emergency, Elite K9 – Dog Hotel will provide veterinary care for the animal in accordance with the instructions given by the owner or his representative, which will vary depending on the severity of the situation. All expenses incurred under these circumstances will be invoiced to the owner.
7 – In case of cancellation of the reservation, any amounts paid in advance will not be refunded.
Failure to pick up the animal at the end of the stay implies a 100% increase in the price on additional days, regardless of the departure time of the day.
8 – The Elite K9 – Dog Hotel reserves the right to retain the animal hosted at the end of the contract while the outstanding amounts are not paid.
If there is no contact from the owner to pick up the animal at the end of the agreed period, Elite K9 – Dog Hotel will notify you. If the animal is not picked up within the fifteen days following the notification, Elite K9 – Dog Hotel has the right to take the measures it deems necessary, preferably forwarding the animal to the Municipal Kennel.
9 – The owner of the animal willingly accepts the rules defined here and undertakes to correctly fill in the client’s form, providing all the necessary information, including that of his substitute (person who will come to pick up the animal when it is not the animal itself). owner).
Documents to be presented: BI/CC/Passport, Animal Vaccination Bulletin.
RESERVATIONS
– Bookings must be made by phone or by completing the online booking form.
– The reservation will only be guaranteed after delivery of all the necessary documentation and subsequent confirmation by Elite K9 – Dog Hotel.
– For the purpose of confirming the reservation, payment of 50% of the stay is required at the time of booking, at our facilities or by bank transfer: NIB xxxxx – Elite K9 Holder – Dog Hotel
– It is mandatory to present the animal’s Vaccination Booklet.
– Vaccinations must be up to date (namely the one for “Kennel Cough”), having been administered at least 15 days before entering the Elite K9 – Dog Hotel.
